Expectorants like ginger and licorice help liquefy mucus and have been used traditionally to treat difficult-to-expectorate phlegm, sore throats, and colds. Demulcents like Marshmallow root comfort the throat and aid in the health of respiratory tissues.

EASY TO USE

 

DIRECTIONS

Pour 8 oz. of freshly boiled water over 1/2-1 tsp of lung healer formula.  Cover and Steep for 2-3 min and enjoy plain, or with organic raw honey and/or lemon.  ​You can either strain or drink all herbs that settle at the bottom. 

 

RECIPE: This formula can be combined with Turmeric-Ginger-Tulsi Immunity Tea to make a Tumeric Throat Ease Latte. Simply pour 8 oz. of freshly boiled water over 1/2 tsp lung healer and 1 tsp Immunity tea. Stir in honey and milk of your choice. Enjoy.
