DIRECTIONS:Pour 8 oz. of freshly boiled water over 1/2-1 tsp of lung healer formula. Cover and Steep for 2-3 min and enjoy plain, or with organic raw honey and/or lemon. You can either strain or drink all herbs that settle at the bottom.
